ISRF Financing Documents
Applicants must provide an application as well as either the General Funds Addendum or the Special Funds Addendum, as well as the Charter City Questionnaire (for city applicants).
- ISRF Application: The application is required for all IBank ISRF financing.
- General Fund Addendum: If the repayment source is coming from General Funds, please fill out and submit the General Funds Addendum with the application.
- Special Funds Addendum: If the repayment source is coming from an Enterprise Fund, please fill out and submit the Special Funds Addendum with the application.
- Charter City Questionnaire: This will help determine whether the applicant is a charter city.
