ABOUT: Funds are for construction of a new airport passenger terminal at the San Luis Obispo County Regional Airport. IBank financed public areas of the facility that will include a communications/technology room, Emergency Operations Center, restrooms, administration offices, and Sheriff’s office. The new terminal is expected to expand the airport’s services for the County and surrounding area, extend its flight capacity, create 580 temporary jobs, and qualify for the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Silver Award.
