Bond Applications and Documents
Bond applicants should contact IBank’s Bond Finance Unit to discuss about project eligibility and application requirements. All bond applications must be accompanied by a draft of the bond documents and the application fee.
To apply for 501 (c)(3)s, Industrial Development, and Exempt Facility Bonds, please submit the following based on the Board Meeting Deadlines:

- Application Fee (To facilitate timely deposit of the funds in the current COVID-19 related working situation, please send the Application Fee via ACH or wire transfer. Please contact the Bond Financing Program to obtain the ACH and wiring instructions.)
- Draft of Bond Documents
- Policies and Procedures for Conduit Revenue Bonds Financing for Economic Development Facilities Approved on 2/24/2021
- Post-Bond Issuance Action Request Form
