Ross has more than 25 years of experience working in finance and economics. Before joining IBank in 2021, he worked at Community Vision Capital & Consulting (a CDFI formerly known as the Northern California Community Loan Fund), starting in 2006 as a loan officer and eventually serving as Chief Credit Officer. Prior to that he spent nine years at Moody’s Investors Service, where he analyzed local government debt, mainly in Latin America, and helped expand the firm’s presence there. Ross holds a B.A. in Latin American Studies from UC Santa Cruz and a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University (SIPA). While at SIPA, he completed a State Department internship in the Economic Section at the U.S. Embassy in Brazil.
